A militant group called Kashmir Resistance, which is believed to be linked to Pakistan-based organizations like Lashkar-e-Taiba, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
World leaders from countries like the United States, United Kingdom, and China have condemned the attack and expressed their support for India during this difficult time.
